My thoughts about Rod Reynolds’s brilliant gripping hard-hiting police procedural murder mystery thriller, Black Reed Bay, was brilliant with its breathtaking suspense and mystery that has some fascinating characters and a brilliant lead female detective, that is truly remarkable, wow what a fantastic ride it was. Rod Reynolds’s Black Reed Bay is a ride to remember. Author Rod Reynolds has nailed it with this one with his outstanding writing style that blows you away. The story of Black Reed Bay When a young woman vanishes from an exclusive oceanfront community, Detective Casey Wray’s investigation plunges her into a darkness she could never have imagined was fantastic. When a young woman makes a distressing middle-of-the-night call to 911, apparently running for her life in a quiet, exclusive beachside neighbourhood, miles from her home, everything suggests a domestic incident.Except no one has seen her since, and something doesn’t sit right with the officers at Hampstead County PD. With multiple suspects and witnesses throwing up startling inconsistencies, and interference from the top threatening the integrity of the investigation, lead detective Casey Wray is thrust into an increasingly puzzling case that looks like it’s going to have only one ending. And then the first body appears which is brilliantly written and portrayed. Author Rod Reynolds manages to pulls you into the story that you will not see the twist and turns coming that definitely deserves appreciation.Rod Reynolds’s Black Reed Bay is a well crafted and well written gripping thriller, that makes it one of the most gripping reads of the year, which is highly recommended.I would like to say thank you to author Rod Reynolds and Karen from Orenda Books for not only gifting me a ARC copy of this unique thriller, but introducing me to a brilliant author, who I’m going to read in the future. Rod Reynolds’s Black Reed Bay, is the third book in the series, I can not wait to read the rest of the books in the series soon.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💥💥💥💥💥
